The client was seeking to overcome the existing process and technical limitations of their current software and infrastructure, which is why they decided to implement a cloud-based HCM solution. The client needed to record and manage HR data in one secure location, implement stronger data privacy and protection controls, and automate routine administrative functions. As a result, in the process of implementation, the client needed to migrate their data from Oracle E-Business Suite, which was time-consuming and required a lot of manual effort.
