IT Convergence (ITC) is strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of David Montez to the position of Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Joe Long who has served ITC in that role since December 2009.
Mr. Montez brings more than thirteen years of financial leadership experience to the role. Before joining ITC, Mr. Montez previously held executive financial positions in both public and private companies, most recently with PDL Biopharma Inc. (PDL), where he served as Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining PDL, Mr. Montez served as the Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at GlassPoint Solar, Inc., the leader in solar enhanced oil recovery, where he managed multiple functions including global finance, accounting, IT and human resources. From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Montez was an Audit Senior Manager with Moss Adams, LLP. Mr. Montez has also served as Revenue Controller for Harmonic Inc. and began his accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Mr. Montez received a B.A. from the University of Utah and is a certified public accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
Mr. Montez will be based at our headquarters in Reno, Nevada.

Mr. Long has been instrumental in helping to grow our operations in the United States, India, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Singapore, China and Mexico. Mr. Long will be assisting with the transition over the next few months,” added Mr. Patrick Krause, President.
