IT Convergence Strengthens Presence in Brazil with São Paulo Subsidiary

IT Convergence is proud to announce that our ITC Brazil subsidiary will be led by Gilberto Lima in his new position as Vice President of Brazil Professional Services.
Mr. Lima has over 30 years of Oracle consulting and project management experience, and has been leading strategic internal and external projects for IT Convergence since 2004. According to Jenette Garcia, ITC’s Chief Operating Officer, Latin America: “Mr. Lima’s extensive knowledge of the complexity of the Brazil ERP industry is an invaluable asset for our company. We are eager to work with such a dedicated professional to continue to provide the best service for our clients in the country. We have no doubt his ample experience, leadership and focus on operational excellence will successfully guide IT Convergence at this new stage.”
As part of the strategic plan for IT Convergence’s presence in Latin America, ITC Brazil will be integrated into the LATAM Practice under the leadership of Jenette García Santiago, recently appointed Chief Operating Officer for Latin America. Mrs. García Santiago excelled at her previous role as Vice President of Latin America Professional Services, where her expertise and marked commitment to the highest degree of customer success grew the practice to what it is today.
The final component of IT Convergence’s strategic plan for Latin America is the appointment of Diego Nomberg as Vice President of Latin America Solution Sales. Mr. Nomberg has been leading the Latin America Sales team since 2004, and his determination and passion for developing long-term customer relationships based on partnership, ethical business and customer satisfaction have helped expand IT Convergence’s presence in the region, one customer at a time.
