These are unprecedented and uncertain times given the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, and we hope and pray that you and your families stay safe. I want to reassure you of our commitment to providing service continuity with minimal/no disruption in these trying times.
The safety of our community – customers, partners and employees – is paramount, and we are emphasizing the importance of following the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC and WHO for reducing the spread of COVID-19.
IT Convergence provides 24 x 7 x 365 support for your mission critical applications, and we have in place a robust Business Continuity Plan to ensure the continuation of services to our customers and partners across the globe. We do not anticipate any service degradation or disruption while operating remotely during this outbreak.
For the health and safety of our employees and their communities, we have already enabled work-from-home for all our employees across all the regions and countries we operate from. And while they operate remotely, the way you communicate with our support teams will remain unchanged, except for face-to-face meetings – since we have curtailed business travel. ITC’s infrastructure has more than the necessary security, connectivity and other remote access and operations capabilities to enable all personnel working remotely, while fully supporting our entire customer base across all of the services we provide.
