Solution

ITC carried out the Global Design and Roll out of Oracle’s R12.2 Financials and Procurement following the best business practices. As a result this rollout transformed the enterprise structure as compared to the original footprint. Which we were able to execute thanks to efficient change management. We also provided training to local teams to educate them on the local regulatory compliance requirements.

The Client is a global company that specializes in application services and application delivery networking. Our client had a standardized Oracle EBS R12 as their corporate ERP, but for their international subsidiaries they used different solutions specific to their local offices. The company felt that it would benefit from rolling out their corporate instance, so they decided to reach out to ITC as a partner to execute the rollout in a cost effective manner within an 18-month time frame.
